signing in to your account

An overview of login options including email, Google, Facebook, and bank login, plus how to recover access if you're having trouble signing in.

there are a few ways to sign in to your account with us. here's a quick rundown of your options, and what to do if you're having trouble getting in.

your login options

depending on how you signed up, you can log in using:

  • email and password

  • your google account

  • your facebook account

  • bank login — available in finland and estonia only

if you're in finland or estonia, you would have signed up using bank authentication. once you're registered, you can link google or facebook to your account and use those to log in instead.

setting up email login (finland & estonia)

if bank login isn't working for you, you can set up email login as an alternative. just use the reset password button on the login page:

  1. on the login page, click the reset password button.

  2. enter your registered email address to receive a reset link.

  3. follow the instructions in the email to create your password.

  4. you can now log in with your email and new password.

having trouble signing in?

here are the most common reasons and what you can do:

  • wrong password — use the reset password button on the login page and we'll send you a link to set a new one.

  • using the wrong login method — if you signed up with google or facebook, try using those instead of email and password.

  • bank login not working — if you're in finland or estonia, follow the steps above to set up email login.

  • email not recognised — your email may have been entered incorrectly when you registered. get in touch with our support team and we'll sort it out.

  • account restricted or closed — if your account has been suspended or closed, you won't be able to log in. see below.

if your account has been restricted, reach out to our support team via chat or email and we'll take a look.

if your account has been closed, you can request to have it reopened — though we can't guarantee it will be approved. for standard closures, contact our support team. if your account was closed due to a terms and conditions review, reply directly to the closure email you received.
