at some point you might want to close your account. we get it, things change. for legal reasons we can't completely delete accounts from our system.
but don't worry, you can self exclude your account instead.

if you no longer wish to use our services, you can self exclude. this will stop you from using our services for the time you set. your account will still be in our system, so if you ever decide to come back, you can easily continue to use your account and pick up where you left off when the time is up. it is not possible to change the time you have set for self exclusion.
during the self-exclusion period, you can still log in to your account for profile management purposes, but you won't be able to use any of our services.

how to self exclude
to self exclude your account, just follow these steps:
go to the sustainable gaming section of your account.
under ‘self exclusion’, choose how long you want the exclusion to be and click the ‘add limit’ button to activate it.
a window will pop up for you to confirm.
once you've done this, your account will be deactivated for the time you set, and you won't be able to play on our site during that time. you can't change the self exclusion period after you have activated it.
contacting support for closure
if you want to close your account for a certain amount of time and don't want to use the self exclusion option, you can contact our support team in the chat and we will help you. please tell the support team how long you want the closure to be and your reason for closing. your data will still be kept for regulatory compliance.
reopening a closed account
all account closures can be requested to be reopened, but reopening is not guaranteed. for standard closures, get in touch with our support team via chat or email. if your account was closed due to a breach of our terms and conditions, reply directly to the closure email you received and your request will be reviewed.
if your account was closed following a breach of our terms and conditions, please note that any remaining funds will have been confiscated in line with our terms and conditions and will not be returned.
